My fiancé and I have been looking for a mattress for a month now. We went to this mattress firm with the intention to just look around unless we found something that we really liked. Then we met Jerry. Jerry is basically the coolest salesman you will ever meet. He was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and super helpful. We never felt pressure to purchase a mattress unless we were sure we wanted it. He was willing to give us the name of the mattress and let us go with the space to think it over. He gave us space to allow us to try the mattresses that we wanted and talk it through, but was always willing to give advice on mattresses if we needed it. He recommended mattress types based on the posture we had on different types of beds. He found out that we were getting married in 2 months and talked to us for awhile about how he has had a happy marriage and gave us advice on how to do the same. By the end of the visit, it seemed more like we were talking to a friend than a mattress salesman. I would recommend this mattress firm to anyone, but make sure to ask for Jerrry if you go. had a great shopping experience here. had actually stopped at a local competitor first but walked away to see what other stores had to offer. we visited this new store for the first time and was greeted warmly by Drew. he was very knowledgable, answered our endless questions, really made our experience personal. he took time to find out what we were looking for and offered several products to meet our needs. he gave us numerous quotes. since it was near dinnertime, we opted to go grab a bite and think over our options. we actually proceeded with applying for financing during our dinner. we returned back to the store to continue with our purchase and realized an issue with our credit application. Visited on a Friday evening and met Jerry. My hubby and I had picked out a mattress online. Showed Jerry the picture and he brought me right to that mattress. Too Soft!!! Explained our needs and Jerry was very knowledgeable about the various products and types of mattresses. We thought we wanted box springs but after Jerry demonstrated the adjustable base including measuring for height, we were sold. The whole thing from start to finish was less than 45 minutes! The bonus was that the base was FREE with our mattress purchase which allowed us more $$ to work with as far as cost of mattress.
