If you are in a high conflict custody battle in which the Custodial Parent is using “Gatekeeping” methods and tactics to keep you from seeing your child or children, you especially need to continue to read this review. For the past 9 1/2 years I have sought to have more time with my Son. At the same time, my ex-wife has done everything she can to take more time away. The Attorneys that I have hired in the past to represent me were mediocre at best; and all of them didn’t live up to the promises that they had made to me before retaining their services. If you are still reading this, you must be able to identify with either scenario one, scenario two, or both. What a Blessing to stumble across King Law! Starting with the intake call with Linda, I found her to be very professional and empathetic to what I have been through. She listened attentively and then mentioned that she was going to see the Owner/Attorney Brian King at a business luncheon the very next day. She asked if it would be okay if she shared my information with Attorney King, and I obliged. The next thing I knew, I was being called to set up a consultation, which led quickly to having an Attorney assigned to my case. What amazes me is the Owner, himself, sends periodic emails to make sure you are being taken care of and if there is anything they can do to further assist you! Are you kidding me? Attorney Frank McFarland represented my son in Watauga County & we live in McDowell County.
