Well I was here looking at a refrigerator to purchase when an older gentleman was there to purchase a upright freezer... The man that owns/runs the place come over and begin talking with this older gentleman and he told him it had some small dent,dings,and scratches....but what I noticed what the freezer looked like it had fallen a long ways and smashed the corner to the extent that it wouldn't sit up straight as it was leaning to one side, but the older man didn't notice it....as he took the man for his word and so he bought it....well shortly there after the older gentleman brought it back and explained to the owner that you couldn't get it level because the whole frame was warped....the owner proceeded to talk to the older man like he was dumb and being a real wise guy....telling him he looked at it had no issues and that he could beat the frame with a hammer and straighten it out he said no he just wanted his money back and the owner really started on this at least 80 year old man....so I stopped him and told him he needed to have some respect for his elders....finally he gave the man his money back and I showed this gentleman where a brand new upright freezer was that was twice the size of that one and half the price....needless to say but I will never do any trading with this company and would definitely warn anyone considering to.....this is one man and business I would avoid at all...

Well we got a washer and dryer there. Had a thirty day warranty and paid 500 dollars which was ridiculous for a used washer and dryer but we wanted get it at a smaller local business. Got it home hooked it up and started washing clothes. After the first load the whole floor was flooded. Threw the clothes in the dryer and it took three times 60 minutes each time to dry a small load. So we loaded it up the next day and took it back. The guy argued for thirty minutes saying it had no issues with the washer. I didn't just get it to bring it back for fun. Finally he gave me back almost all the money and kept the rest as a restocking fee. I feel bad for the next people who buy it. Terrible...
