Husband gave them a weeks notice to do an Anniversary flower arrangement in my vase. On my Anniversary it wasn't ready and we had to cancel our 44th Anniversary arrangements we made so we could go back later in the day to get the flowers. They gave us back 10.00 to make up for it but that wasn't the point. The roses looked old and didn't last more than 2 days so the day was ruined.
