As a local, I was very skeptical about this place when it opened, I honestly thought, "tourist trap" b/c it's across the street from the casino, HOWEVER, my local self craves Juneau's! They have managed to take local favorites, and put their own spin on EVERYTHING! you have probably heard of boudin, but have you heard of seafood boudin? Boudin wraps? Traveling for work and decided to walk to this meat shop for dinner from the hotel (at the recommendation of a colleague). Holy Cajun food heaven. The hot food was amazing. Ordered the smoked boudin link, boudin balls, and crawfish pie. They even have Dr. Pepper in glass bottles (the best way to drink it). Went to Paragon Casino on a chattered bus for the weekend. On the way out my sister told the bus driver to stop by. Bus driver got some items from store.
