Burger King — Restaurant in Marksville

Unrealistic thoughts are you kidding me that was the worst experience I've ever had at that one, first off it was almost midnight, just left casino husband and I were not even greeted for a order. I had to call threw speaker and the voice said just a minute. Ok 5 minutes later had to see if they were going to get our order ,I asked a few times about order prices and gave order, waiting for a total about more minutes, nobody said anything. Finally asked if they had our total and she says what order ,really are you serious I say nothing but give them the order again pull up to window to pay .the girl hollered to the back to see if they made the order yet ,finally got food and drink asked for receipt never got one,was so thirsty started to chug drink and omg it was so spoiled and sour I was just so sick, tried to eat chicken sandwich and it was almost burnt old greasy taste with possibly fresh grease taste, horrible and how I felt so bad cramping sweating threw up ,I had both areas of waste existing areas of my body working over itself that my backside is never to feel the same again and I thought...

Ordered food and we waited about 10 minutes bc they got orders confused with people outside. The cashier walked out to solve the problem then another women walked out too. The cashier walked back in without the bag and the other one behind her with the bag.The other women then yells at the cashier saying she shouldn’t give people food that has been given to other people. The cashier then start cursing at the other women while we are sitting at the table inside. FINALLY, I think it was the manager, stepped in and told the cashier to get back on the other side of the register. My experience today was horrible,the food was thrown together the drink machine was not working if you needed Salt or pepper you have to wait in line to ask an employee for a couple of little packs it was just horrible the employees were rude very unpleasant never smiled I called management there was none on the floor at the time as I was leaving the store I saw a phone number on the sign out front I called it left my number and said to please call me back I wanted to discuss a few things with them about their store have not heard back from them yet so I guess they don't care which reflects on the employees not...
