I got my ombré style nails done here around 40-30 minutes before closing. I said I wanted to keep the ombré style and add flowers, they said that was fine. They didn’t really say anything to me after that.

Two nail techs worked on me. The second gentleman took a phone call and stopped working a couple of times to redial his call after it kept dropping. I kept pulling my hand because I felt him nearly cutting me with the file. I asked him to be gentle and still got a cut on my thumb. He seemed unapologetic and didn’t offer me anything to get it cleaned. I had to ask.

The woman who began painting my nails nearly completed them without adding the flowers, had I not reminded her about what I asked for when she was applying gel.

I could forgive these things (because stuff happens) if the entire time, the employees weren’t so cold to me. Unfriendly. I felt like an annoyance to them, like they did not want me to be there. I even tried to say thank you for the nails and the lady turned her back on me as soon as the card payment completed. I just moved here and was hoping this would be my go-to salon. I was referred by a friend to go and try. I have moved to this town and haven’t been happy with many services that I have received. I had to wait. They were very busy when I got there. I wanted something that I have gotten for years but they said they couldn’t do them. I didn’t want to leave without getting my nails done since I waited, so I told them that I wanted the Acrylic Nails with the French Tips. The owner (the gentleman) did my nails. He was very nice and when he did my French tips I was very impressed how he did them. I come a large city where they spray the tips on. He painted them on. My nails turned out beautiful. I went to this place to get my nails done, I walked in was very polite, said hello to everyone, and said I would like a full set, the man pointed to the chair he wanted me to sit in and sat down , as soon I sat down he asked me to get up .I do not understand why but he changed the comfortable chair I was sitting in to a really hard chair that hurt but my back .I then asked why I couldn't sit in the chair he the wheels were broken but I asked again for a comfortable chair they refused so politely said thank a left .
