ATT is more interested in SALES than people. And I got caught in the middle of that. I was talked into trading in a IPhone 11 for an IPhone 15 and Apple Watch. I wasn't told I was going from a pre-paid account to a postpaid account, TRIPLE the price. When I found out how much it cost, I returned both items. I went back the next day to get my Trade In phone back. But, they “said” it was gone. I had to drive to 5 stores to find another iPhone to buy outright. I wasn't told but, if you return the devices because you were TRICKED, you pay a RESTOCKING FEE for each, $55. Even the SCREEN SAVER is a $45 charge. So you get next to nothing back. When it was my turn he was extremely helpful and worked in a timely manner and was concerned about my situation. This was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a mobile phone store. I would have to call a 1800 number or drive to another store an hour away.
