It is the worst Subway I have been at. I ordered on-line. I ordered a 6 inch meal for my neice heated. I ordered a 12 inch for me not heated. I have been having heart problems so I ordered on-line to just pick it up. I pull up and am watching in the window for it to be done. I go in and the lady that says she's the manager is working with 2 other girls. My neices pop wasn't ready. She said someone must have stole it. I watched they never put it out. I had put instructions and my sub was not cut in 3 pieces. None of my sides I asked for were in the bag. My sub was cooked. I went back up there the lady that said she was the manager was rude. My neices was cold. She wouldn't remake it. My sub was remade and I had to stand there. I had bad service there before but nothing like this. To believe I put a tip on it and left a tip when I got there is unbelievable. I will never come to this place again. My neice had to eat a cold sub as we were going to sit down together. She said people make mistakes. She's the manager and was working with the girls. Could none of them read I worked at the Subway in Brown City years ago. If we treated someone like this we would have been fired. Stay away from this place. Thank God I didn't order delivery! To add to this my phone was recording how rude the Manager was. They need to get rid of her before they lose...

When I got veggies I got small condiment containers and enough veggies for THREE of my subs. When I called to complain they said that we would have to pay for veggies on the side.
