Subway — Restaurant in Marlette

It is the worst Subway I have been at. I ordered on-line. I ordered a 6 inch meal for my neice heated. I ordered a 12 inch for me not heated. I have been having heart problems so I ordered on-line to just pick it up. I pull up and am watching in the window for it to be done. I go in and the lady that says she's the manager is working with 2 other girls. My neices pop wasn't ready. She said someone must have stole it. I watched they never put it out. I had put instructions and my sub was not cut in 3 pieces. None of my sides I asked for were in the bag. My sub was cooked. I went back up there the lady that said she was the manager was rude. My neices was cold. She wouldn't remake it. My sub was remade and I had to stand there. I had bad service there before but nothing like this. To believe I put a tip on it and left a tip when I got there is unbelievable. I will never come to this place again. My neice had to eat a cold sub as we were going to sit down together. She said people make mistakes. She's the manager and was working with the girls. Could none of them read I worked at the Subway in Brown City years ago. If we treated someone like this we would have been fired. Stay away from this place. Thank God I didn't order delivery! To add to this my phone was recording how rude the Manager was. They need to get rid of her before they lose...

The employees at this Subway have the worst customer service! Get an attitude or dirty looks every time someone "has" to make a sub or salad for me. No one is ever smiling. Sub or salad is always good but its a very uncomfortable feeling when you can clearly tell the employee is not happy about doing their job. I always go in there with a smiling face and the outcome is always the same. This is only the Subway! The employees at the gas station side are always happy and polite! I ordered 8 subs in advance. I thought it would be easier for them to put the veggies on the side. When I got veggies I got small condiment containers and enough veggies for THREE of my subs. When I called to complain they said that we would have to pay for veggies on the side. So I guess next time they can put all the toppings on our 8 subs and waste their time.
