AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Marlette

Came in to grab some oil and talk to them about an issue with my car. Felipe was outside standing with a bunch of employees. He jumped in front of the gentleman that was helping me and started to act rude and obnoxious. Not sure why he even did that as the other gentleman was helpful. Felipe started armchair quarterbacking and telling me his uneducated opinion on my cars issue. He told me they had no time to help and were very busy even though they had only one customer the entire time I was in the store. I left spending nothing and having a terrible opinion of the store where I generally have received decent customer service by the associates, albeit sometimes. I believe Felipe is on some kind of power trip and is grossly compensating for his lack of knowledge. There is one gentleman here that is outstanding and I will update this review once I determine what his name is. For now, AutoZone needs to ditch Felipe and his unhelpful, egoistical, arrogant attitude. I will buy my parts elsewhere...

These guys are always really nice to me. Always order me the parts. That I need always humble and friendly to talk to I consider them friends. So if there's anything you may need and autozone can get it or carry it. Everyone that works at this specific location will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and get you what you need. All of them are very good. at making sure when you walk in there. To ask you if you need any help and are willing to stop what they're doing. If you have questions and you can't find something that they carry out on the floor for sale. The sales manager Corey Black was very unhelpful. Had an attitude when asked to check the battery. Then once we realized we needed one he said he wouldn’t help change it because it was sprinkling.
