Inside Jewelers — Local services in Marple Township

Posting from my fiancees account, I don't have a google account of my own, but definitely wanted to post my experience!

I went to Inside Jewelers to get an engagement ring. Me being completely new to the whole buying a ring thing, I was very nervous. ALL the staff that were present when I went there were very helpful, reassuring, and willing to work with me on so many different levels. The owner, Nick, was especially helpful in showing me a variety of diamonds and bands that all looked amazing. He was able to get the engagement ring together for me to propose very quickly and the entire store wished me luck. SHE SAID YES and my fiancee gets so many compliments on her ring. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Inside Jewelers! I stopped in on a whim because I had a ring stuck on my finger that was becoming extremely uncomfortable. The team was so kind, professional, and gracious—they immediately helped me get the ring cut off with such care and compassion. It was a delicate situation, and they handled it beautifully.

Not only did they provide this service without hesitation, but I also felt completely at ease trusting them with my jewelry. I’ll definitely be returning to have my ring resized, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for future jewelry needs. Went in to resize a ring, when I received the ring it had a dent and different color glue on it. Owner was extremely rude and tried saying that they told me it would be difficult but they lied.

Thank you for your reply. I want to clarify that the photo I posted is indeed of the ring I brought in for resizing. It is disheartening to see that the issue I mentioned is being denied. I value honest and respectful communication, and I hope we can resolve this matter with integrity.
