I was in the area and decided to order from here. I'll start off by saying the 2 cheesesteak were filled with meat and correct. Seeded roll and cooper sharp is good as well....but, and this is a BIG BUT (no pun intended) $38.16 for 2 burnt inedible cheesesteaks is ridiculous and at this point we're home since we took them to go, BTW Dalessandro's is $33 for 2 cheesesteaks with mushrooms and extra cheese and they are WAY better. Why even toast them if you dont keep a eye on the roll and see its burnt but still serve it? Use 2 different rolls since you messed them up but no they send them out. I took 2 bites and couldn't even eat it (I tried too because I was starving) with the burnt roll overpowering the taste. My wife took one bite and same thing inedible..we had to throw them out and we were left hungry. UPDATE today it's 2/17/2024 and it's been 1 year and 3 months since I posted this review and they never reached out to us after calling, taking my phone number, and being told they'd make it right and have a manager call us. NEVER CALLED US. then after posting thIs review I'd figured they'd reach out but NO. Take our money, burn our food, and see it's burnt but still wrap it up and send it out. I'd love to return and give it another chance but with their I don't care attitude towards paying customers, forget...
Read moreI really struggled to write this review so low. I want to love their steaks... I do... But after two bad experiences I can't reflect positively here. Last week my family and I tried Delco steaks, we had 4 steaks, and two orders of fries. The food came out quick that night, but we got salt with a side of potato and 3 of the cheese steaks were off... 1 meant to be American without onions was American with. 3 others were whiz with, 1 was more whiz than bread or meat... The other two were great but one was without onions.
Tonight I revisited, giving the benefit of the doubt to a new business, and hoping it would be stunning. I ordered one chicken cheese steak and 1 order of fries. I was told 20 to 25 minutes . I went there 20 minutes after ordering (ordered 4:13 arrived around 4:35). I paid when I arrived, and waited... And waited... And waited... And waited. 46 minutes after ordering, I got my chicken cheese steak (that's 4:59) No fries. I asked and had to wait another 2 minutes for those, handed to me without a bag, so I had a small bag full of fries as I drove home.
The fries this time were less salty... The chicken cheese steak is mostly raw or undercooked. It is pink...
I don't think I'll be returning sadly. They have great food according to so many people, but I...
Read moreI've eaten a LOT of cheesesteaks in my day. This place does a few things right and a few things wrong. Let's get into it: I got a chicken cheesesteak with onions provolone and whiz. First allow me to commend this establishment for being generous on the chopped chicken. The 12 inch is massive and filled with meat. Great start and a fair price for the size of it! Where it starts to break down for me is that despite ordering 2 different types of cheese (with upcharge), there didn't seem to be much cheese at all, of either kind. The chicken was borderline dry because there wasn't enough cheese throughout. Also, the bread was warm, but chewy; Borderline rubbery. It was also really soggy on the outside of the bread, which is hysterical because that was the only wet part of the sandwich. Mostly everything inside the bread was rather dry. I'm conclusion, this place makes a massive chicken cheese steak for a very fair price. It's very chincy on the amount of cheese ya get, despite ordering 2 types. Personally, I won't blame the bread situation on them, this was a delivery order and it very well could have gotten soggy on the outside due to travel and how it's wrapped. Overall, not bad,...
