I didn't want to take to Google Reviews for this, but after weeks of getting nowhere, I didn't feel much of a choice. Mid November, I ordered a carryout meal. 1 large pepperoni, 1 large veggie pizza, and 1 side. We get the order home, and they're both pepperoni. It was not a huge deal as I knew the kids would gobble it up. When I called the store to let them know, the female staff person said she would use my phone number to credit a large pizza to my account for next time. I took her word for it and didn't think about it again until last Saturday when we placed an order for delivery and it wasn't there. Regardless, we ordered at 6:08pm. It was now 7:44 pm and we hadn't received an update or our order nor was our order delivered. I called the store, and the hispanic male staff person (didn't get a name) said, "I'm so sorry, what is your phone number? So I can give your account credit? Also, your order is on its way." He said he would credit my account $3. 8:08 PM I call the store back with the same complaint, and the same person answered. He stated, "Yes, your order is on its way. He left ten minutes ago but I will give you a full refund." (I thought to myself after I hung up the phone, why didn't he just tell me at 7:44pm my order was NOT on its way?) I told him we have children that need to have supper, so do you know a time frame? And then he offered to call me back to give me an exact location of where the delivery person was. Well, I'm still waiting for that phone call. And he never refunded my money.He just canceled my order on the app.So I can't even see it in my history. What's worse?There's no email listed online for pizza hut and after typing out all of this on the contact us forum that they have on their website, it doesn't send and says there's a system error. So I thought, okay. I will wait and chat with them. During chat hours, which are 1 PM to 10 PM except when I tried to do that I got an error as well. It said there was nobody to chat with me. Clearly, there's something not ok going on with Pizza Hut, in general. I want my $50+ back. I can't get all the wasted time back, but I would like my money. They forgot our drinks so I called and sat on hold for another 10 minutes. They asked what we were missing and I said Mt Dew and Root Beer, two litre bottles. They said they'd send it out.
20 minutes later, it shows up. One Root Beer and one Starry. 🤦🏻♀️ I called and sat on hold for five minutes before my son offered to ride his bike down and make the exchange.
