I had reached out to Mike to check his availability as he was highly recommended by a trusted friend. He responded quickly, provided the necessary information, and we set up the time of my appointment. I showed up at his shop and he was direct in letting me know that I might experience a wait due to a parts problem that came up unexpectedly with another vehicle. I was grateful for the communication and that he was even able to see me on a Friday due to my limited schedule. I settled down to wait and was pleasantly surprised that he finished the oil change and other maintenance in hardly any time at all. He restored the much needed air to my tires as I had requested and fixed the maintenance required light on my car. His quote for his services was accurate and within my budget. Mike himself was both friendly and efficient. Despite the distance from where I live, I'm happy I entrusted him with the care of my vehicle. I will definitely return again....

This man is an absolute god send, I went in for inner and outer tie rods on both sides and he not only called me to inform me the rust on my vehicle was horrible, but said when I was ready to get a new one to call him and he would make sure it was good to go before purchasing. He also only replaced the tie rod that was necessary since I was tight on money. I went in today for my engine fan not working and he let me know my radiator was leaking as well. When I told him I called around and found one for $235 he gave me a contact that not only sold a radiator for $99 but delivered it to my house within an hour! Saying he is reasonable is a dramatic understatement! This man cares about his clients and their genuine interest and wellbeing, not just making a quick dollar. Mike didn't know me from "Adam", I'd never been a customer of his. Called him out of the blue early on a Monday.....had a tire leaking air. I had not had luck "getting in" to have anyone look at this for me (we're getting ready to head out for vaca to boot) and when I called Mike said" c'mon over, I can get you taken care of". I literally was there in 10 minutes and 10 minutes later he had my problem fixed and I was on my way! How's that for fast and friendly service! Unfortunately service like that is rare these days. The last time I needed a tire plugged I removed the tire, took it to the repair facility and had to leave it there the whole day to have a plug put in!

As I said, I had not been a customer of Mike's but if he will have me I will be in the future! Thanks Mike...I'd rate you 10 stars if there were a 10...
