Better than I had anticipated! The parking could be better. (Considering it was a dirt parking lot and it had just rained)
I don't have social media or I would have seen the announcement about it being a dirt parking lot
All in all, it's a must see for east Texas residents and travelers just passing through!
In my opinion, I think its better than the drive thru Christmas Light of Longview.. And honestly, I'm impressed!
Didn't quite understand the aquatic section. Never the less, still beautiful!
The mini gingerbread village; adorable!!
The gnomes were too cute and funny!
The Texas flag was HUGE!!!
The tunnel gave me a Las Vegas vide for sure!
The photo op. Ornament at the end was STUNNING and had great lighting for those selfie lovers!
The light maze, looked interesting!
The slides were soo tall!!!! And I bet were so fun!
Food trucks of different varieties!
The market had some awesome stuff and selection as well!
I hope this review was informative for those who haven't been. There were other attractions too, but you got to go for yourself to see it and experience the really chill and beautiful scenery. 🤘🏽
Remember, everyone's experiences are different. And not everyone may enjoy the same stuff as others. So just go and see for yourself as...
Read moreDo not come here if you are looking for a place in the east Texas area to take your kiddos to see santa and lights, at $22 per person to get into the park it is entirely over priced for the size and light display. We paid $119 to get into the park mostly for the kids to see santa and lights. However, Santa was nowhere to be found at all. Not one single person working was knowledgeable about any information regarding rules, regulation, santa location, or anything else for that matter. The "light maze" had multiple sections of lights not working. And was completely unsafe for children in a public environment at night, with less visibility and several entrances and exits around the entire thing.
All in all I am giving 2 stars instead of one for the reason of the lighted walking path was decent. However, NO SANTA at a price over $100 to get in to a park we walked around and looked at in less than 30 minutes. We ended up going home with upset children and a waste of money. (At the very least post the hours and locations of every single thing avaliable in the park.) So people don't show up and pay an outrageous amount only to get a small portion of what they...
Read moreExtremely disappointed, paid 20 bucks for tickets for the Easter egg hunt, got there at 10:16AM and was informed that all of the Easter eggs were gone but we could take the trail and they’d be putting eggs out all day. Took the trail and my son found 1 egg. Then bought my son a $7.00 corn dog that was disgusting, a $7.00 lemonade and then some $10.00 chicken strips that were so hard he couldn’t bite into them. Then to top it off based on the 400 cars that were already there and figuring an average of 3 occupants per vehicle (just to give you a little benefit of the doubt) we are talking $12k just in tickets. Very early in the day. Maybe drop a box blade on the tractor to do a little parking lot maintenance. But most of all everyone that showed up after 10:15am should be offered refunds because you made a choice to not honor the event that you advertised. You’ve become complacent that people will show up because you’re local. I promise you from now on I’ll drive to Longview or Tyler from now on. This...
