Worth the drive from any distance to Marshall,WI to visit Steven's store. He has had this store since the 1960s--he must have been a teenager when he opened it. Steve has a variety of rocks and gems for everyone from kids on an allowance to longtime collectors. I especially like his small pieces of unusual and hard to find crystals, minerals and gems. They are high quality and the price is fair. He also has larger, rough pieces that are awesome. I especially like the rose quartz lamp that Steven made. He always has some unique carved stones also. You will find some jewelry and gifts, and even wooden display cases made by Steven. Be sure to check all the boxes and drawers for great finds. So happy I found this store! The variety of rocks, polished stones, & crystals was insane. So many unique pieces! And there was so much more than just rocks to look at; pendalums, necklaces, fossils, tarot cards, crafting materials… you name it, it’s here!

I met the owner, and he was so knowledgeable while helping me find something I was looking for. Truly gave me the vibe that he loves the store and everything in it.

The prices were fair, especially with the sale going on. Staff is helpful, and lets you browse without pushing you to buy.

I could never stop speaking so highly of this store. First off, if you haven’t been here get in your car and take the trip, it’s seriously worth it. Steven’s collection is everything you can imagine and more, I’m talking hundreds if not thousands of boxes of gemstones to specimens to polished stones, you name it Steven has it. Secondly I need to thank Suzy again, she spent close to two hours walking around the store with me answering all my questions and teaching me about my stones. I am incredibly grateful the store allowed that and I can’t expect it every time but I am a forever customer now because of her and the experience she gave me.
