My wife decided to have a pair of diamond earings taken out of their mountings and made into two pendants, one for each of our granddaughters. We wanted this done quickly because it was a last minute idea for an eighteenth birthday. We decided to go to a local business rather than one of thr larger chain jewlers. Artisan Jewlers in Marshfield was local so we stopped in to see what could be done. Charles the owner showed us many types of settings that could accommodate pear shaped diamonds. We chose matching settings and chains, Charles ordered them and had them overnighted to his store. Charles fitted the diamonds into the settings, polished the pieces and had them boxed within a couple of days. The pieces turned out beautifully, in time for our granddaughter's birthday. We couldn't have been more happy with Charles's professionalism, workmanship, and knowledge. We also found him to be honest, and accommodating. All this was done at a very reasonable price. I walked into this little gem (pun intended) of a jewelry repair shop thinking I just needed a clasp fixed… I left feeling like royalty. The shop might be small, but the friendliness is larger than life. You’d think I was dropping off the Crown Jewels the way Charles handled my bracelet with such care and precision.

Charles fixed it on the spot while telling me stories about rare gemstones and why super glue is NOT an acceptable jewelry fix (who knew? 🙈). The craftsmanship? Flawless. The vibes? Immaculate. The prices? So reasonable I had to ask if Charles made a mistake.
