Don Bravo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Marshfield

I Ordered pick up I got 2 tacos and a desert the cost was 55.10$ normal for this restaurant, when I paid the hostess with my card she made me scan my card twice. The first time I put it in I felt a notification from my phone in my pocket and it was from my bank saying I had paid the full amount and a receipt had printed out but she didn’t give it to me instead said to put my card in again , I thought that was weird but agreed to do it again because sometimes the card reeders are weird. Then the hostess said I owed 48$ and I was like something isn’t right, I showed the manager that the transaction went through on my phone but he kept telling me that it had not gone through on his end and that the money would be back in my account in a couple days… I was like okay but can I still have the food that i paid for and he said once you pay the rest of what your owed, I walked out to the car to call my bank see if I can get the money back and they said it had gone through with the restaurant so I was just very confused, I went back in there to plead my case and they said they can’t do anything about it so I left, so I essentially went to don bravos paid almost 60$ and got nothing. Sad to write this as I had high expectations but my experience at Don Bravo's was not enjoyable, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

My fiancé and I visited on a Saturday night, and while the staff was friendly, the food was quite unpleasant. We ordered tacos and mango habanero wings. Unfortunately, the tacos were flavorless and lacked any sort of seasoning or spice. The mango habanero wings were not much better. They were cold inside and not crispy. The chicken did seem to be cooked but somehow the interior of the wings were cold.

Don Bravo's does not currently have their liquor license so if you're expecting to go grab some tacos and standard margaritas that's not possible as of writing this. Their margaritas were made with wine which resulted in a fairly unpleasant flavor that did not resemble a margarita at all.

Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, but that along with the friendly staff were the only redeeming qualities. I would not recommend Don Bravo's to anyone who is looking for authentic Mexican food. The lack of tasty drinks, along with the disappointing food, made for a really lackluster experience we will...

Such a nice place when you walk in the door, very friendly hostess greets you at the door. The waiters and waitresses are so friendly and quick….Their prices are honestly honestly the best prices I’ve ever seen in any restaurant, sit in or take out and the food was so good there really aren’t words to explain it. I love that even if you want regular whole American food, you can order buffalo fingers french fries they have soup sandwiches. They literally have everything with the real Mexican food experience. They gave us chips and salsa to start with for free. Then I got queso dip which is the best queso dip I’ve ever had and they also have the sodas in the glass bottles which is a nice touch. I got steak fajitas and buffalo fingers and they were all amazing. this is one of the very few restaurants that I would give five stars service just isn’t that great a lot of places anymore but this place stays...
