Embarc Dispensary — Local services in Martinez

Honestly, I have never given two stars to a dispensary. However, the layout here is really not in the favor of a honest client.When the long hair dark haired man with the glasses forever thinks I am in there to rob the place because I put my hands on things to feel the energy. 2 out of the 4 times I went to this place He literally goes out of his way to impose on my purchasing with another gal, brings in all the security (two gentlemen) both times to litterally watch me along with staff... I have no intent to steal from a dispensary or from any other location Or store ever in my life. However, that man has what is coming for him, God does not like people like him, believe it! Not when it comes to me, especially. What a disgraceful setup! What are disgraceful staff member! What a disgraceful multiple time experience! Not to mention your prices, are not that great, AT ALL, WAY TOO HIGH! Not here or any location. However, I can bite the bullet at Redwood City Where I used to go and where I loved to go because of the people. Only reason I ever gave 2 stars and not 1 is because of the birthday discount and because not everybody there sucks. It is just that guy is always there. Shoot.... the security guards and I even chat it up, they are GREAT! They even know my dog... That guy is a really A non discernment having BAD ASSET to your store. Period.

From start to finish, it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had a dispensary! The security guards at dispensaries are usually intimidating and rude, at least in my experience. The man at Embarc was so kind and welcoming! Then when you walk inside, you’re greeted by someone to get your information in the system. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but the girl at the front treated us like she was so happy to see us there, she was excited at our excitement! At this point I knew there was no way I was having a bad experience. I was not wrong! I walked inside (the place looks amazing by the way, warm environment you definitely want to be in!) and we were greeted by Rowan, and if you can ever get helped by her I suggest you do. Bright happy energy, answers to all your questions. She was so fun to converse with, she made us feel so welcome and helped us pick the perfect choices! I could just go on about her and I can’t wait to see her again!! Thank you Embarc for bringing a whole new ballgame to Bay Area...

Not handicapped friendly. This is a shame. They used to be, unfortunately policy has changed. Some background. There is 1 handicapped space in front. I've had a couple of spine surgeries due to bad discs. It is painful for me to walk long distances. So typically I'd park in the ♿️ space, walk in, then leave the same way through the front entrance. Typically there is 1 way in, 1 way out through the back of the building and you're supposed to walk around it back to the front (or wherever you parked). This is difficult/painful for me to walk around their building so I'd ask security if I could leave through the front entrance to reach my vehicle in the ♿️ space , shorter distance. It was NEVER AN ISSUE until today. Security outright blocked me from leaving my usual way through the front door. Needless to say my pain level has shot through the roof, being forced to walk around the building being disabled. Very disappointed, I will not be...
