I eat here quite a bit for lunch when I'm in the area. The portions are huge, really probably too much for a single meal for most people, so takeout leftovers are a good way to go.
The food is excellent. I'm vegetarian and there are plenty of tasty things to eat. I get Mongolian tofu more than anything, and it's great. I got chow fun last time, also great.
Service is friendly and fast. I believe it's a husband/wife team, so everything is consistent. It is, you should know, more of a fast food service, order at the counter, whereas there's no table service, though occasionally they'll bring it to your table, maybe if you frequent the place. But the food is NOT like a fast food place, to be clear.
Prices are good. I get a lunch dish with rice, the standard combo, if you wanna call it that, and if you don't get a drink, it's under 10 bucks out the door. Maybe some meat dishes are more, but I don't...

It was not, no need for sriracha because it Turned out the broth was SUPER SPICY, it was inedible. I have to say I've never had it served like that before . (what i believe was someones mistake ) and there wasn't any thai basil or hoisin sauce. . 2nd time was tonight, the broth was lacking flavor and again the absence of thai basil, luckily i remembered to ask for the hoisin sauce but when i got home and opened up the box of noodles and chicken the box was less than half full of both ingredients together. Maybe i have been spoiled with other restaurants serving more generously. I would've at least expected closer to 3/4 of the box filled with both chicken and noodles. I usually get the number 7 well done beef pho and its always been on point . I aslo one time ordered the chicken and rice also bomb . The Appetizers are a little pricey by a dollar or two but all pretty bomb . And if its your first time spring rolls are Lettuce shrimp wrapped in the rice with a side of peanut butter i personally didnt really like it but they got other better options like chicken wings .
