This place is incredibly slow in general, they do not value peoples time here! I placed an online photo order two days ago, I got an email confirmation saying it was ready. I’ve gone by the past two days and they’ve been closed, there is no indication of that on the website or anywhere else?
I went in this morning to get the order, no urgency whatsoever. The one lady helping me took forever to look through all the orders and couldn’t find mine. She finally called over who I guess was the manager? Some old lady with a bunch of tattoos too much make up and piercings. She finally looked up my order on the computer, which somebody should’ve done in the first place instead of wasting my time. She finally told me that The poster print I ordered has been canceled because their printer wasn’t working. I told her I had no indication of this, I did not see it in my email saying my order was ready. She gave me attitude like somehow this was my fault, pretty sure it’s not my fault. I placed the order, I got a confirmation saying is ready to be picked up.
This place needs to learn about customer service, maybe if the manager person spent more time learning about customer service and less time caking on make up, I would’ve had a...
Read moreThis pharmacy needs a disaster declaration. Call in the National Guard because this pharmacy is underwater with inadequate capacity. They are constantly operating far below the demand load, creating massive delays. Some staff are quick but too few, others unfortunately combine inexperience with slow learning. I spent a total of 6 hours there over the course of two days waiting for them to fill the little bottles with pills. What baffles me is that they give no priority to waiting customers. Waiting customers are plainly visible to the entire staff including the pharmacist(s). But they just let you sit there, for hours, the same as if you just called in on the phone. Does Walgreens really need a policy to prioritize those that they even have a word for--"waiters?" Is this really beyond the limits of common sense and decency? Management needs to step in and direct additional resources here stat, as in code blue. Meanwhile, I'm migrating to Amazon Pharmacy. Walgreens' theoretical advantage of immediate gratification is diminished to nearly no advantage by their...
Read moreI am writing to make a complaint about the Walgreens located at 3655 Alhambra Drive in Martinez, Ca. I have been going to the store as a customer for the last 10 years or so. The condition of the outside of the store is always filthy, with trash littered throughout the parking lot and beverage stains all over the ground in front of the store. I recently went into the store and was disappointed and disgusted that the interior floors were just as dirty throughout. I made a complaint to the person who was on duty and was met with someone who was clearly not in her truth about the condition of the store. We all deserve a clean environment, and it is the duty of businesses who accept money for products and services to maintain a standard. Deplorable conditions should not be accepted from managers who are truly doing their job and...
