if i could give ZERO stars i absolutly would..they were probably the rudest group of employees i have ever had2deal with forsure..my husband and myself and my husbands friend and his girlfriend all came here to do some shoppong because they were having their going out of business sale so we were inside shopping and our friend asked this lady a question about something and she was so extremely rude it was kind of shocking and anytime a question was asked she was massivly rude and made it seem like we were waisting her time and bothering her w our questions and was literally following us around the store acting and treating us like we were in there to clean the place out or something i mean it was horrible then she got all the rest of the employees thinking that as well so they r all following us around being very rude and making it very obvious and clear to us and everyone else in the store what they were doin as they were talking fairly loud into their walkie talkies or whatever they had and they were doing this so aggressively it was making the other customers stare at us it was so embarrassing our friend actually ended up saying something and they left the store without buying anything,i spent 80$ in that store n afterwards was pretty angry about it and wanted to go return it and get...

Overall you can save 20-50% on some decent tools. If you don't know what other brands make similar tools I suggest doing a Google review against the price point and brands from other big box hardware stores. There are several active youtube vloggers who review A LOT of Harbor Freight brands and will generally help steer you in the right direction.
This location has had mostly good customer service over 20+ visits and a few returns. One visit I would rate a 1 star, but that crew didn't stay long and I believe the store manager with it (sometimes bad hiring decisions go all the way to the top.)
The store has been generally well kept and on about 10% of the visits were understocked on something I was looking for.

I was in a huge hurry and walked in with 5 other things on my mind but i coukdnt beleive theperfection levek organization and cleanliness of the whole store. Products were well lit. An employee collected part of my shopping list whike ankther sorted out an email issue so i could find the rest of my purchases. At the registers it was onbvious they were working as a team. After the sale an employee Ben i beleive helped me to my vehicle with heavier items. Turns out Ben was actually the store manager. Rare to see store Condition. Employee cohesiveness and still finding the time to help with things some might have said were "not my job". There was another gentleman who was also exemplary sorry foe not catching your name. To the corporate or regional level decision makers - make yourselves look great and give Ben a few more stores.
