So me and my dad took out an old double din radio and put a new one in and the sound wouldn’t work. So he made an appointment to get looked at and hopefully get it fixed. So we made the appointment and I just went in today the lady at the front was the sweetest and so nice. However the guy that “helped” me wasn’t so nice he looked just fed up and not in the mood to deal with anything. He literally just told me and moved a couple wires around that I just needed to buy a new double din because the company “isn’t the best” yet you still could of shown me a way to work with it because it is capable of working with my sound system that I know of do to the fact of having the same brand of double din in it before. Not worth my hour drive, the lady was the sweetest but the guy that actually “helped” me was kind of just rude and a waste of my time. Overall...

Been trying to get some connectivity issues corrected on a sub install now about a year. Today was my 5th attempt at scheduling the repair, and was told this am they were booked out till after Christmas, (today is the 7th of Dec), not acceptable.
