I'd bought a ps four at a good price ps four was good shape no issues at all and no one else in town even has any systems but they have good used xboxs playstations ...but mainly what impressed me was I bought it on a Saturday and a tv also ..the tv had issues but instead of making me wait until.monday like any other place would of done ..they brought a replacement to my front door ...no extra charge ..and they even picked me up to come to the store and look at their inventory and dropped me off at home ..I don't have a car that's why ..but still thats what I call customer service ..very friendly and professional..and they had everything there game systems ..computers ,phones tablets the whole thing ..and said if I had any issues they'll fix em...so my guess is as long as you aren't trying to be shady they'll.take care of ya ...that's my experience doing all this on a Sunday is what got me ..so I told em I'd write my review here it is ..I'd recommend going there that's where I'm going for anything I need...

Don’t let Apple waste your time and steal your money with their horrible customer service and ridiculous prices. I cracked my screen on an iPhone 7, Apple said I would mail it to them, it would take an estimated 7-9 days, then mail it back for an absurd $150. I walked into this store told them my problem, they fixed it in minutes and I walked out paying only $100 which included the fix, a screen protector and a tip. The screen has been great and I was informed that if I had any issues with the screen itself (not cracks) to come back. I can’t even explain how far this company will go out of their way to make things right! I live 40 miles away and made an appointment to get a IPhone battery replaced, we gave it the whole way home to charge, by then it was 8pm and the battery wouldn’t charge at all. It is a rare occurance but of course it happened to the ones that live in the country almost an hour drive away. He came to my home the next day with a new battery (lots of extenuating circumstances that we could not make it back to Maryville). I am so very grateful he got the phone back up so quickly! I am absolutely amazed at the customer service! Thank you so much, you have more than earned...
