Was wanting blonde highlights and went in for foil. My hair was barely noticeable with highlights and I was told I needed to go outside to see them. I have had MANY highlights at other places and I know what they look like and how my hair responds to a professional highlight. I did not go outside but instead told them I was not happy and ended up paying for them. When I got home, my mother also commented on my hair and unnoticeable highlights. So i defiantly will not be coming back to this salon again. The lady who did my hair was nice but her technique definitely needs work i have never been to a salon that constantly whips my own wet hair into my eyes and says nothing but watches.
