I was glad to find a business that grooms cats as they are hard to find.However ,I shared with the groomer if Mindy (Himalayan /siamese)was challenging cuz she was stressedI i would be more than happy to help.I was in my car the whole time. Her nails were done well.,but her cut was chopped tummy and neck area.. she was also given a bath which I did NOTt ask for (as I do it myself.) I did hear she tried to bite BUT I did say I would help. so I will be finding another groomer .Maybe for everyone involved ask more questions about the animal you will be working with .are they friendly ?does noise from trimmers scare...

I rarely take the time to write a review, but I must after this experience. I am not a full-time resident of Mashpee so getting grooming appointments for my cavapoo is near impossible. I finally stopped in. The owner offered me a time slot since she had hired additional help. I was like a nervous mother because I was bringing in a heavily matted dog. I begged them to try not to shave her. They took 3.5 hours and made her gorgeous. Obviously that has a price, but it was fair.
