I have been buying from here on and off since they originally opened. Most of the time it's just transactional. I know what I want, go in, pay, leave. But last time what I wanted was out of stock. I was/am extremely hesitant to try anything new because 30$ is a lot of money for a chance you aren't going to like it. I almost just left, but Ray (I asked his name so I could give him a mention) asked me if I had tried any of the new stock. I hadn't. He asked me what I usually liked and recommended a comparable disposable. It was way more in-depth than just a simple "try this". His knowledge of the devices, tastes, strength, and pull; all of it was so on point. I left with said recommendation. They refused to exchange the vapes that I did not open in the store, which I find insane because most people donāt open the vape in the actual store the one that I did not, the employee spoke to a manager on the phone who agreed to exchange it and we tried a couple more and they were also all bad!
