Kroger — Local services in Mason

Nice Kroger I go there for 3 cinnamon crunch bagels in the morning those are so awesome and by far my favorite when they have plenty of crunches on them and sometimes there's a almost naked one but most are excellent.bakery lady was nice and asked me what I was needing and told her. she said she was a little behind but give her 10 minutes and she would have some for me so I browsed around bought a few extra things and seen this Kroger has the picnic pork shoulder great for making pulled pork and beef brisket which another bbq meat. I just made pulled pork for thanksgiving so my new years shoulder will come from Kroger. The morning Kroger crew are helpful and ask if I need help looking for something as I'm browsing just seeing where things are and what's at this Kroger as not all are same. I've worked in mason 15 years but new to living here and been coming to this Kroger about 2 weeks now and it's nice and thoughtful to be asked if I need help finding something as I know people have jobs to do and don't like bothering people and asking for help so when they ask I appreciate it and take the offer. very bad and unprofessional experience here. i went here with my fiance and your employee preston, who did look like he was on meth and had cuts all over his face; decided to cat call my fiance. the guy tried to run away and hide from us and we went around looking for him. we had to yell at him and get other employees involved, eventually alerting customer service desk of the situation. linda was called to the desk and we left. this needs to be taken with 100% seriousness. i doubt this was the first girl he cat called and he failed to take any accountability and even claimed he didnt think he did anything wrong. when we alerted the front desk and was obviously angry he said he would apologize but still didnt feel like he did anything wrong. if anyone encounters him they should stay clear, HE IS A WEIRDO. this krogers needs to take immediate action against this guy. our experience was ridiculous and i expect this situation to be handled professionally. i dont feel he needs to be working there and would probably do better if he stayed away from women for the rest of his life. not like he could get close...

Took my disabled mother there yesterday. 5 handicap wheelchairs and not a single one worked. I went to management who was busy bagging groceries. He sent a lady out to check on them. She plugged one in and told me she told management last week none were working.then said "we are busy what do you want me to do". I pushed my mother in her regular wheelchair while she pushed a cart. This was her first grocery outing in 2 years. Upon leaving her foot was caught under the grocery cart causing a bruise on top of her foot. While she was screaming in pain not a single employee checked on her. A gentlemen (another customer) coming into the store helped us to the car. Multiple employees saw me having a rough time pushing my mother while she pushed a cart in front of her but no help was offered just stares.Very disappointed in the lack of...
