I came in yesterday for a gel pedicure and an SNS manicure, which was the most painful manicure I’ve ever received. The tech made my cuticles bleed in multiple spots, and the open wounds made the solution she used after REALLY sting. She also used the drill on my natural nails to buff them before dipping which continued to aggravate my cuticles. After dipping, she used a really coarse grit file to shape and file the sides (it seemed like a file that was made for acrylics). It was really uncomfortable, and it also seems like it made some of the powder peel up and look weird. When I got home, I had a bunch of excess hardened powder under and around my nails that I had to peel off.

Now, my cuticles look really chewed up, and some are inflamed and very painful. My pedicure is uneven and already peeling. I went back in today to ask for a refund for the manicure (I didn’t even mention the pedicure - I was more upset that my fingers hurt) and was refused. The man I spoke to said they don’t do refunds, but offered to redo my nails. I explained that I didn’t want them redone because they hurt and I didn’t want to use acetone on them until they healed, but he told to make an appointment three days from now. I explained again that I wasn’t interested in having them redone, I just wanted my $60 back. He still refused. I feel like I paid $120 to look and feel worse than I did...

It's a horrible place to go get your nails done I had gone on 9-11-2015 which was a friday and the owner was rushing to do my nails all just to leave early therefore he didn't do a great job they turned out all bumpy and all on even and all for him to say "okay you can go now I have to go can you go now!!" my nails weren't even dry and he just kick me out!!! I was paying to get my nails done they weren't obviously going to be free so I wanted a good job so he kicked me out without my nails being dry and being all horribly done... They're so rude I came and ask to get my nails fixed because many of them broke of which they don't fall off or break very easily if they are done correctly he said no no you work too hard you work too hard!!! And he didn't fix them!!! yeah even though you work too hard your nails arn't going to freakin break 2 days are a day later from getting them done and he did not give me my money back and he did not fix them he had the audacity to say it'll take 50 min wait to fix!!! I honestly wish you could see how horribly done this f** nails are I am never going back to that horrible...

I have just had the worst and most disrespectful experience here. I scheduled a 2pm appointment and then arrived 5min early. When I arrived there were no other customers waiting. I was asked to check in and then pick my color. Then as I sat and waited for over 40min, 2 additional customers came in and were seated and services started immediately. I got up to ask the receptionist how much longer and she assured me that it would only be a few more min (it had already been 35min). To top it off, I was then approached by a man telling how much my services would be and asked to pay BEFORE I was serviced. None of the other customers that came in were asked to do that and I’ve never been asked to pay before my nail services were done or even started on. My money spends fine other nail shops but...
