I visit the Starbucks everyday on kingsmills in mason, the last few times I’ve been someone has made my drink wrong. Which normally isn’t a BiG deal but They are simply forgetting to add any flavoring each time they’ve made it wrong for me! To mess it up once I GeT it, Twice Okay maybe someone’s having a bad day but seriously the 4th time in two weeks my drinks wrong BUT what gets me upset is the fact, when you bring up the drink being not right… the woman ALL Four times tried to blame It on because I GoT espresso.. she goes “mam, espresso is Strong! Maybe you should get more Vanilla bean added which I asked for 2 extra as is! Lol I said girl there AINT one drop of vanilla bean in or lavender like I asked & there wasn’t! There wasn’t even the lil tiny black spots in it like it normally has from the vanilla bean & it was straight BROWN when it’s suppose to be white crème colored! Lol messing something up is one thing but then to say it’s because of the drink I chose is WILD! That’s like asking A bartender for a rum n coke but only getting coke for $10 & being like ummm excuse me hun where’s my shot!? Oh hunny, don’t you know alcohol is bad for u & it tastes FuNnY! I don’t wanna make it your way! Lmfao I had to show this lady proof I come in every single day on break for work & she made my drink again with the rudest attitude! Read moreI moved to the area on the first of the year, and my experience has been less than desirable. Not to say anything wrong about the few ladies that I have had a pleasant experience with, but it is not the norm. My drinks are usually made incorrectly, not complex (cafe latte). The customer service is lacking. There have been several occasions I would say good morning, and the staff would not speak back, so I stopped. Also, there have been several times I’ve walked and with nothing said, and someone caucasian walks in behind me, or while I’m in the store, and they are met with the usual friendly greeting. There have been 9 occasions, today being the most recent. A caucasian male was exiting as I was walking in; someone in the staff wished him a good day; I walked in, no one spoke, so I said good morning, no acknowledgment, but they looked at me. A Caucasian young lady walked in behind me and met with a friendly greeting. Because I do not always see the manager or the usual friendly people and make the drinks correctly, I’m never revisiting this location, which is unfortunate because it’s less than a mile away from me. Read moreI placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I received my food, but was told by the drive-thru employee to pull around to the front of the building and she would bring my drink out. I even asked if I should park in a spot, and she clearly told me, “No, just pull around front.”
I waited 25 minutes in front of the building with no one coming out. Eventually, a different employee came outside and with a snippy rude tone asked me to move my car and park. I explained I was waiting for a drink that the drive-thru worker said she’d bring out, and then went inside to ask for a refund since I had been waiting so long, for a drink I never received.
Instead of owning the mistake, the employee who originally told me to wait out front denied ever saying that, and I received zero apology. The staff was whispering about me and implying I was in the wrong, even though I was clearly following instructions I had been given.
The store was not busy at all, so there’s no excuse for this kind of disorganized service and unprofessional behavior. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This experience completely ruined my visit and my trust in...
