★★★★★ Food quality ★★★★★ Service ★★★★★ Ambiance ★★★★★ Value ★★★★★ Menu selection ★★★★★ Location/Accessibility ★★★★★ Overall experience A few days ago, I visited the fourth Fusabowl location out of the six in Greater Cincinnati. Situated in a small shopping center, this restaurant offered a charming view of the surrounding neighborhood. Stepping into the restaurant, I was immediately struck by its cozy atmosphere. The space was smaller compared to the others I had visited, but it felt like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. A few patrons were seated and enjoying their meals, creating a warm ambiance that invited me to stay. As I approached the counter, a staff member promptly left his cooking station to take my order. I made sure to claim my complementary egg roll, thanks to a special promotion they were running. While waiting for my meal to be prepared, I took the opportunity to soak in the restaurant's interior. The small space was thoughtfully arranged, making use of every inch to accommodate diners comfortably. The familiar green paint adorned one large wall, but what captured my attention was the charming brick pattern on another section of the walls, exuding a sense of luxury often found in more upscale establishments. With three workers bustling behind the counter, I couldn't help but appreciate their efficiency in handling both food preparation and customer service. I also made use of the perfectly clean restroom, a pleasant surprise in any restaurant. It didn't take long for my food to be ready, and I took my seat to indulge in the flavors that awaited me. My choice for the day was the Grilled Steak Hibachi Bowl, featuring brown rice, sweet soy sauce, onions, mushrooms, jalapeños, avocado, broccoli, and ginger. The presentation was a delight, with the vibrant array of vegetables and perfectly cooked steak artistically arranged on the bed of rice, the sauce drizzled in an enticing pattern. The steak was generously portioned, cooked to perfection, and marinated to enhance its flavor. Each tender and succulent cube was a burst of deliciousness, leaving me craving for more. The vegetables were equally impressive, incredibly fresh and cooked to the perfect texture. The mushrooms, in particular, stood out, retaining their firmness and natural flavor without being overwhelmed by cooking oil. The sweet soy sauce provided a harmonious blend of sweetness and umami, elevating the dish to a new level of taste satisfaction. Each bite, accompanied by the pickled ginger, offered a refreshing tang that revitalized my taste buds and made every mouthful an exciting experience. The egg roll was a delightful side, complementing the main dish perfectly. Its crunchy skin and fresh vegetable filling added a burst of flavor to every bite, making it feel like a mini-salad on the side. Overall, I would recommend Fusabowl to anyone in search of a delectable and healthful Asian dining experience. It's an ideal spot for those who desire a quick and flavorful meal without compromising on quality. The cozy ambiance would make it an ideal choice for a satisfying meal on a cold,...

My experience is listed below, if you just want a quick summary, however, look at the bottom of this review:

There's a lot of Chipotle-style "build your own meal" restaurants popping up and it can sometimes be intimidating building a meal when you don't really know what the food is like. My whole family took a pretty long time standing in line and the crew member currently at the register was nice enough to baby-step me through it. The food is custom order and requires being cooked per individual, so I was kinda shocked at how quickly the meal came out (my table was served/waited only a few minutes after ordering). I was quite pleased with the menu, specifically the options for things like sides, drinks and meat options. They have aloe drinks, boba/milk teas, and ramune, which are all favorites of mine. I also really like crab rangoons which they have and are pretty decently priced. Moving on to actual food, I got grilled eel with teriyaki sauce, and my family got spicy tuna and chicken curry -which I sampled-. The taste of all of these was flavorful, freshness was on par with other restaurants I've tried in the area and the meal was fairly filling for the price (did not have leftovers). Once we finished our food, one of the crew members gave us a wooden scroll calendar as a New Year's gift which is super cool and I will definitely use.

Overall: -Build-your-own meal style similar to Chipotle -Your food should taste really good as long as you don't mix together a bunch of stuff which doesn't mix well (use your instincts and you'll be fine, I recommend eel+teriyaki or chicken+curry) -food is very similar in price to Chipotle, cost is based off of the meat you get -side and drink choices are all good and you should try some if you haven't had them prior. -Guys who run the place are pretty nice, they gave the customers New Year's gifts (as...

I would give a negative star if possible. I ordered food online and when I went to pick up they couldn't find my order. Then they discovered that it was given to a Doordash driver by mistake. They asked me to sit down and I figured they we making my order again. 20 minutes later the doordash driver comes inside and returns the incorrect order and takes the correct one. The cashier then tries to give me the same returned order. I refuse then they said I have to take it since I paid for it. I informed them it was against health code to give me returned food. I told them they had to cook new food. They slammed food bag onto counter. Multiple curse words were heard from the female cashier. They have a speaker that is loud so these words were heard quite loudly. A total of 45 minutes later after stepping in the front door I finally get my order. I am still in shock that this happened. Last time I will...

Lots of choices! Easy to order online, though this particular location is not available in the Fusabowl app but the mobile browser works just fine. We got the Christmas tree roll and Volcano roll sushi to go. Good portions for the price! Pick up was easy. Ready on time. There is a small area with a selection of utensils including chopsticks and packets of duck sauce and soy sauce. Restaurant was clean and inviting. I prefer the spring roll to the egg roll. Overall great experience.
