So we’re gonna start with the customer service here or the lack thereof. As I entered the sweet frog, I wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged yet the guest that entered right after me were. I ignored it and continued to get my frozen yogurt and proceeded to the cash register. Tyler, the cashier, was letting the customers in front of me know that it was a five dollar Wednesday so the guests that were in front of me and behind me, went to add things to their cup. I did as well. Once it became my time at the register, Tyler immediately addressed other patrons looking for samples. I was left waiting for service for about two minutes. After ringing me up, he didn’t apply the five dollar Wednesday and after I asked “so it doesn’t apply?”he then said “well I didn’t know if you want to use the coupon to save a few cents.” in a very derogatory tone. Proper training in customer service obviously isn’t imperative at this location but you’ll get your frozen yogurt served with a side of microaggression....

I can generally go to the Concord, NC location and it is always consistent in cleanliness and quality of the yogurt. HOWEVER, visiting the Matthews, NC location is a hit or miss. Today it was a total miss. I always get the original tart flavor (it’s the only one I get). Today it tasted sour or spoiled. I went back inside to give my yogurt back and let the cashier know about my concern and to make sure that other customers did not experience what my husband and I did, but she gave me a blank stare and just said “okay, sorry about your yogurt”. I advised her to taste it, but she claimed “I don’t eat that stuff” and walked away. Not only did that aggravate me, they don’t do refunds! Luckily we were provided a gift card, but I’m still frustrated that the concern for my health and others that purchase the tart flavor is not factored in. Fresh toppings and great flavors. I recently visited sweetFrog, and it was a delightful experience! The vibrant, fun atmosphere made it a perfect spot for enjoying some frozen yogurt. I loved the wide variety of flavors available, from classic vanilla to unique options like cake batter and mango. It was hard to choose!

I decided to create my own sundae, starting with a swirl of chocolate and strawberry yogurt, and topped it off with fresh fruit, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The combination was delicious and refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding me through the toppings bar with plenty of suggestions.

Overall, sweetFrog offers a fantastic frozen yogurt experience with endless customization options, making it a great treat for all ages. I can’t wait to go back and try more flavor...
