So when you order, make sure you understand the portions that you are going to receive. As these quasi fast food restaurants take advantage, expect the following (especially if you are ordering via 3rd party such as Postmates, Door Dash, etc). . Late delelivery . Cold food . Small portions . Over priced food This is not the delivery service's issue, this is the organization. In this case, QDOBA. You'll see in the pictures associated that the portions are small compared to what is advertised on the delivery service app or the QDOBA website, these are made to look larger of course. The pictures there are made to look plentiful, they are not. To further explain, the 2 bowls pictured are $21.00 and would most likely not accommodate the average person who was expecting a satisfying evening meal. For QDOBA to investigate, I ordered your NEW Paleo Chicken Salad, it cost $9.90 and was about 8 plastic forkfuls of food. I ate it in 9. Now that's an expensive salad. How do you figure? Also, it was lettuce and chicken only and not what was shown as advertised. From a sales standpoint, you make an attractive sale. Of course you would. However, you did not deliver on this and so your integrity is compromised, I'm disappointed to say the least. I'll be forwarding this same report to your your corporate office. I do expect that I will hear nothing back from anyone associated with QDOBA, furthering my point. I've provided some comparitive pictures of your product. The picture with two bowls added to just over $21.00. It's simply not worth it. For the protein, I'm guessing about 4-6 oz of previously frozen microwaved chicken from a plastic pouch.

I went in today at 1:45ish to get a Burrito and 2 bowls. I asked the young man making the burrito for peppers and onions, he advised they were out and it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited and I asked for a wait time on fresh Spicy Chicken he said it was prepped but still gave me the scraps. I kept asking for more toppings because there were hardly any toppings. The burrito also had minimal toppings. It’s like he had an attitude that he had to work he wasn’t blatantly rude it was just like he had no interested in serving the public. It sucks because I came in recently on Thursday and the experience with the young lady was total opposite which is what brought us back today. It won’t let me add a photo.

It was between Chinese and qdoba for dinner tonight.. I thought I was going the healther route but after getting my food I should went with the Chinese lunch menu specials which was $2.00 more than qdoba. I ordered my son a 3 chicken taco: all of the tacos barley had chicken in it, one taco only had 2 small pieces of chichen. My chicken protein bowl looked turned over and unappetizing hardly any lettcue but filled with swamp juice from the beans. There was barley any chips And both of our guacamole spread on our meals looked old and spoiled and Our food was cold upon pick up. Long story short i need a refund and I should have ordered from China express down the street.

The location at Sycamore Commons used to be on point. I have never written a bad review ever but I have to be honest. The sanitation grade is a 90. We ordered a Surf and Turf bowl and the citrus lime shrimp was over cooked (or was heating for too long, idk) it was hard to chew. And because of the consistency it no longer tasted like shrimp but more like an over cooked crawfish. We ordered a steak, cheese and shrimp quesadilla but they didn't have any more shrimp. So we settled for a steak and cheese quesadilla which was good enough. I ordered a naked steak bowl w/ extra steak but they said they ran out of steak. And it was only 7pm. The steak I did get was tasty and tender though. There were no straws as they switched to sip lids which is fine as it's more environmentally friendly. It's just the quality of the food was not as expected. The carbonation was out on the fountain drinks and they said they only had lemonade and sweet or unsweetened tea (they didn't have any lemonade). So I paid for 3 drinks and got water and 2 barely sweetened teas. Just disappointed. Did not have a problem with customer service. They were nice and pleasant. Not sure if I will revisit this location again. Hopefully the sanitation grade improves. Maybe the food quality is much better...

My wife and I have been frequenting Qdoba for ~10 years now. It's one of our favorite places to eat and so we've been to at least 20 different locations over the years and have always received a small bag of chips with each entree without even having to ask for them. This location must be different, because at the end the cashier seemed confused when we politely asked for our chips. Since he was unsure, he brought over the manager who scoffed at us and said "not at MY qdoba", and proceeded to stand there grinning at us while we started a separate $2 transaction solely to pay for our chips. While I'm not really upset about the $2, the manager's attitude and way the situation was handled really ruined the experience for us, even though it was such a minor thing. After all that, my wife received beans in her bowl which tasted abnormally like fake smoke flavor and the rice was very bland compared to normal - almost no seasoning. We have pretty consistent orders so it was pretty easy to tell something was not right. Because of the ingredient quality and attitude of the manager, we will be avoiding this location in the future. It's definitely worth your time to go to one of the many other locations nearby and avoid this...
