Review for Home Improvement Outlet of Greenville, SC
âââââ
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Home Improvement Outlet in Greenville, South Carolina, and I am beyond impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and immediately felt like a valued customer.
Their customer service is exceptional! Especially Laura she was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and eager to assist with any questions I had. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I needed, offering helpful recommendations without being pushy. Itâs rare to find a team that truly cares about meeting the needs of each customer, but they have certainly set the bar high.
In terms of efficiency, they operate like a well-oiled machine. The checkout process was smooth and quick, and their team made sure that I had all the necessary information about my purchases.
The product selection is top-notch! They carry a wide range of high-quality materials for home improvement projects, from appliances, flooring and cabinetry to tools and fixtures. Itâs a one-stop shop for anyone looking to upgrade their home, whether youâre tackling a DIY project or working with contractors.
Finally, I have to mention their pricing. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their products are without compromising quality. Their competitive prices make it easier for homeowners to achieve their renovation goals without breaking the bank.
Overall, the Home Improvement Outlet of Greenville is a gem in the community. Their combination of excellent customer service, efficiency, quality products, and reasonable pricing makes them a standout in the home improvement industry. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a reliable and trustworthy home improvement store. Iâll definitely be back for my future projects!

Read moreThis place sells a bunch of junk. Don't waste your time on these "deals" because in reality they are just selling damaged and unuseable products. We bought a collapsible grill from here that has great reviews online. We used it once to grill a chicken breast. After eating we went back outside to clean the grill and put it back in the garage. However, the grill had collapsed in on itself and the welded piece of metal that holds the stand up had completely broken off. After one use. We followed all manual instructions and were not using the grill improperly. We explained all of this to the employee at home improvement and asked if we would be able to exchange the defective grill for a new one since the grill had good reviews online. We weren't even asking for a refund because we were hopeful that we just got a bad egg, but the employee was not willing to help us at all and kept saying there was nothing they could do because of a D.O.T law? Not sure how the Department of Transportation would have any jurisdiction over grill exchanges...it would be one thing if we were demanding a refund, but all we wanted is to give them a chance to make things right by allowing us the opportunity to give back the faulty grill and get one that wouldn't fall apart after one use. Overall, it is clear that they are very aware they are scamming people by selling junk and probably weren't willing to make the exchange for a new grill because they knew that one would be a peice...
Read moreEarlier this summer I needed to purchase a new push lawn mower. After looking in all the normal places I became frustrated by the ridiculous prices of new mowers. I made a search for used mowers and found Home Improvement Outlet, Greenville. I drove up there and found the had a large selection of Toro push and self propelled hand mowers and a few Troy Bilt mowers. I selected a very clean nice Toro mower and purchased it for well under retail cost. I took it home, gassed it and tried unsuccessfully to start it numerous times. I spent some time trouble shooting the problem and determined the carburetor was clogged up. I called the outlet and spoke with Laura, the manager. She was very nice, apologized for my trouble and said bring it back for either a refund or a replacement mower. I brought it back, knowing I had seen a second identical mower in the store, but it was gone by the time I got there. I found a more expensive Troy Bilt mower that I really liked, so I brought it to the front desk, told Laura it was a bit more money and she said she could approve the exchange at no extra cost to me. THAT is great service and good business. I will be back whenever I need something else they carry and I've already recommended the outlet to a couple of other people. They are lucky to have a business smart, polite, nice manager like Laura. You rarely find that...
