This store is the most inept Walgreens I have dealt with. Rude curbside people when picking up a delivery several times. Unhappy employees in store. Many rude people in the pharmacy area, especially the drive-through which I use frequently. I’ve been told they’re under an audit and I cannot pick up my blood glucose strips there. They expect me to go to the Dells to pick up the same strips. I live 2 miles from the store, I am over 20 miles from the Dells store and don’t go there often. No explanation as to why they’re under this audit and have been for what is now getting close to two years since I moved to Mauston. I complained to store management and received a reply from the pharmacy manager that they could fill this for me. Her name is Michelle and she is no longer there. It’s getting close to two months since my doctor put the prescription up and I still do not have the blood strips. These are important to a diabetic and I am running low. The app is another issue. I receive many unwanted phone calls and text from Walgreens when they are unnecessary. I have been told that these would not be happening, but they still are. Many times if they can’t get a prescription refilled within 10 days to 14 days, it seems to just magically disappear from the account online, then I have to painstakingly. Call the store and be on hold for most At least 20 minutes. This is becoming increasingly frustrated and seems to fall on deaf ears with corporate. I’m about to contact the state of Wisconsin or somewhere in government that can help this problem be resolved.I am limited as to who I can use as a provider and unfortunately Walgreens is the only one I can afford. Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I've been using this pharmacy for a little over 3 years. Things were ok in the beginning but last year and especially coming into 2024 this place has gone into a downward spiral. I have to pick up prescriptions every month and the last 4 months at least, I've called it in, gone to pick it up when the automation told me it'd be ready and it wasn't there. Not only that but I've also been told that I did NOT call in a refill when I arrived and that they won't have it. I have even started waiting until I get the text message from Walgreens to verify that my prescription is ready for pick up, go to the pharmacy, just for the pharmacist to rudely tell me that she doesn't know why I'd get that text since they don't have it, they don't have any refills, and they won't be...

So we went to pick them up and we get here and they only had two filled and they said they would quickly fill the third they then started to tell us that our insurance did not cover the 4th prescription so they did not fill it we told them to look again we have never had a problem with our insurance we have two insurances and he looked again and it was covered by one but not the other and he looks at us and says do you actually want that one we said yes and then he huffed and puffed and said fine then filled the prescription.
