A friend and I went in to look at the lingerie.. Worst experience. Never in my life have i experienced such “customer service”. We were followed around the store making for an uncomfortable start. Every item we picked up the elder lady Madison made comments on how the garments were to small for us and it was the only size they had although there was multiple sizes of said product. My friend asked if she was allowed to try on any of the products and they said yes but only one item at a time which is fine, it didn’t even cross my mind as an issue until she started shouting at us through the dressing room door insinuating we were taking to long. The first item was a large and was to big but the bottoms were too small in the crotch and too big on the sides. the bottoms twisted like string does when it curls which had happened before she had put them on. I went to grab the medium for my friend and Madison withheld them from me and said she was to big for a medium stating “she’s to big for a large a medium won’t fit do you understand what i’m saying” and i replied it was to big then she handed over the garment. As my friend tried on the second item Madison came to the door and yelled “you will not try on anything else that is the last one, you ruined the first one” I reply and said “are you taking to us”? and she didn’t reply. My friend started putting on her clothes to get out of the dressing room and Madison yells “yall need to get dressed and get out here now” I replied “we are” and she replied “don’t get an attitude with me”. We come out of the dressing room we have been in for maybe 8 minutes all together and Madison and Terri are standing waiting saying we ruined there garment and they can no longer sell it. she continues to tell us how the garments are to small for her and we shouldn’t have tried them on and wanted us to pay for the garment. I tell them we’re not paying for the garment it was not ripped tore or treated poorly it just had a twist in it and twisted more when taking it off i would gladly untwist it but they did not want that. String pieces like that often curl it can be a simple fix but that is why we try on clothes to see if it fits, if the fit is good for you, and if the material is as desired. I’m sorry it twisted and hopefully it didn’t set them back, but we clearly did not treat the garment poorly or rough. In no way was it acceptable to yell at two young women that we were to big for their clothes. We are both a size medium not that it matters but that is a sad thing to make two young women feel they need to disclose they are not to big. (i do...
