I don’t know what this location’s problem is BUT every-time I shop IN-STORE ALL BUT ONE worker is RUDE!!!! I bought two of the new sol de Janeiro perfumes and there was a free grift (bum bum cream)with a $40 purchase, and a IT cosmetics foundation that also came with a free gift (brush) the day of purchase the cashier told me he was grabbing them to put into my bag. Note: I live an hour and a half away from this location. I left and was about 20 min away from my house. I checked my bag and both my free gifts were not in there. Ok so I called them and they told me no problem no worries come back whenever you can and bring your receipt. So I did I went back the next day, and the cashier and manager Joanna were extremely rude continuously asking me in a rude manner what the problem is. I stated as nice as I could that I just wanted my free gifts with my purchase. They gave me the bum bum cream and the manager said the brush was out of stock I said okay no problem but a worker standing next to her said the brushes are in stock they’re at this spot.. the manager then gives both the worker and myself a dirty annoyed look. I then just grab my things and leave! I don’t understand the need of the rude face gestures and attitude..no offense but workers there act like they’re entitled and behave as if they own the store. Any and all paying customers should not be treated like that..
I prefer to now buy whatever I need online I have had no issues whatsoever with online...
Read moreWorst experience ever!! I went to look for Christmas gift for my daughters. One of them wanted a Dyson Air straightener and the other one wanted Shark accessories with air straightener. I was only able to find the Dyson Air straightener. But once paying, they recommended me to apply for the in store credit card because I would save money. They ended up putting the amount owed in two different gift cards to pay for the Dyson straightener. But when paying for it, the Manager comes and explains to the employees and myself that they can not use 2 different gift cards to pay for the item. At the end I was only able to use one gift card and ended up with a $200 dollar gift card in my pocket. I was looking for a Shark hair accessory for my other daughter, but they did not have the item and the manager told me it was best to keep the gift card and then purchase the shark item when received instead of just canceling the order to prevent a $700 dollar credit card bill. She explained they would get new shipment the following week. But I have been going and of course the item is not in stock or online and now I am stuck with a $700 dollar credit card bill and without a Christmas gift. The Manager just keeps telling me to just buy another item or give the gift card to my daughter for Christmas. This is very disappointing, they could of just canceled the order and not leave me with a $700...

I have been going to this Ulta salon for my haircuts for about three times now and each time I've had a nice and inviting experience along with fabulous results. Before switching to Ulta, a problem I have had with my former stylist is that he would often give me a haircut different than what I had asked for (despite having photo reference). But here at Ulta the stylists are pretty attentive to customer satisfaction. The stylists create a connective environment with the clients and with their coworkers. I have had my last 2 haircut appointments with the stylist Amara R. Both times she gave me the exact haircut I asked for and was patient with me as I was feeling indecisive on the length that I wanted. I am a very indecisive person, so to help me with my indecisiveness, she offers me suggestions and delivers them well. I have been quite satisfied with her work and I feel confident in my hair thanks to her! I would highly recommend booking a hair...
