If I could give negative stars for customer service, I would. While the sales people are excellent, friendly, and helpful, I absolutely dare you to have a problem with delivery/setup (which you pay for at a "low" price). I called a few months after purchasing a solid wood bunkbed set for my kids. I was home when they delivered (almost eight weeks later) but I work from home and couldn't fully "supervise" the setup. Due to hurricane Issac, I received damage and had to disassemble the beds to repair the room floor. I found hardware missing and improper connectors used on the BACK of the beds (next to the wall). I called the store and was passed to a man whose first response was - I'm not kidding - "you should have paid closer attention during setup." I see, so it's the customer's fault Lott's assemblers were ill-prepared or did shoddy work. It must also be the customer's fault that gouges on a full-bed foot board (inside) were covered up by a strategically-placed bar-code sticker (large). We were lied to and was told weeks ago that they were shipped and awaiting port, we were also told they were on a truck that had no driver, it was always the run around. They never returned calls that were promised and some of the staff are complete A holes and are not about customer satisfaction. Don't threaten to not return my money because I said I was going to give a bad review. I understand everything is backed up due to the pandemic and was very understanding for almost 4 months. someone should have know these were discontinued. I was told I would receive a call back to set up a time. After not receiving a call I called them again today. Was told that there is 1 guy over 2 more guys in the service department that handle all of McComb and Brookhaven and that she couldn't tell me when they would make it out. I offered to bring it to them and was told it wouldn't do any good either. I could see a week, at most 2 weeks, to get someone out there but this is ridiculous!!
