I ordered 3lbs of crawfish and it tasted horrible. They had to be 1-2 days old.I paid way too much $18.07 and the crawfish was very small . I actually sat outside to dine and eat the crawfish and the tables were nasty. I saw an elderly couple come up and ask me 'how's the crawfish' and I told them the tasted old and they should sample before buying. I also tried the snowballs they were fair but the ladies were out of flavors and just about everything their business advertised. It was a building next door to where I purchased the crawfish. I dunno. I ordered debris fries. I was asked if I wanted nacho or shredded cheese. I got nacho. I ordered bacon on top for $3 extra.

What I received was fries with shredded pork, nacho cheese and bacon. I'm underwhelmed. There's nothing else. Debris fries apparently means fries with leftover pork and your choice of sad cheese. It's like a sad American poutine.

I tried, I really did. I wanted to be happy. Instead I'm just meh. meh fries, meh pork, meh cheese. The bacon is good. But for $3 extra, it better be.

It's not the best experience. Slow service. Not the most friendly server/order taker. The snow balls are good, even great, but the wait time and not-so good service. I definitely will not be returning. SUGGESTIONS: Work on customer service and a better ordering system. If someone is patronizing your business, they should feel like they matter and not like they are bother trying to place an order. Last but not least, if you pay with a debit card, you have to go to the next building to pay and show proof of purchase before...
