the first time the owner was a little bit rude, but helpful and now this is my second time at the store an The owner was very rude Told me I only had a 3-5 minute browsing time because she was switching over to where you can only shop online and where nobody could come in the store anymore ..I was actually going to re-purchase some items and also I wanted to Start to get a few new ones I was interested in but she kept staying in the back I had a few questions about some of the new items and wanted to purchase .. so Just hurry and grab what I came to replace and I paid and to leave the store and I she was packing up my candles. She asked me to come on here and give her five stars in a great review … I was little shock by that the store is beautiful and the owner being that she was rude both times to me is knowledgeable of products and everything but maybe little better customer service because i had fews questions about the new stuff I want it but I felt rushed and I was bothering her being there, so I just grabbed what I was familiar . More than likely will probably be going to little FivePoint shop now even though this is local in my neighborhood did not care for the way I was treated today 2/10/2024

2/18/2024 in response to the owner ? why did I purchase I really regret my purchase that day I want to add money ritual and i needed Florida water but after being told only 5 minutes to two brows and get the stuff for the new ritual I was treated rudely i give you your props and saying you’re knowledgeable, but I wanted to know more about a new ritual I was doing and it just seem like I was there to bother you, so that’s why I just grab the incense and the candles I need to replace I got my stuff and I left even though because you are a small business i want to support and I didn’t want to just come in and I was already browsing, trying to find the new incense when you kept telling me I needed to hurry so that’s why I purchase because I still wanted to support at time because I was I your store and it felt like I bothered you by being in there and I had already touched a few of the incense and I already knew if I didn’t buy them you were going to say something so that’s a why I purchased … because in that one of your policies, if you touch it, you have to buy it, so don’t come on here giving me a lashing because of the experience you gave me no one try to trash you business maybe you need to reflect and just say that maybe the way you approach some people sometimes can be taken as being rude and rushed and maybe that’s not good business a little bit that’s not bashing your business but as your comment said, I will be going somewhere else. A HIDDEN GEM!! This place is a 10/10 when it comes to your spiritual needs! The owner is extremely helpful and informative. The customer service is nothing less than top tier.
