I JUST wasted 4hours (Shampoo, partial color & Style )...Im so disappointed with Tonya. She's normally better than this. She kept me there all day and then couldn't do my entire head the way I wanted.Kept making a lot of excuses: My hair was a "blend" (Its human, I haven't had ANY issues in 6wks), her coworkers crimp iron, heat temperature, etc. I said it was fine but she didn't like it. I wanted something different and just preferred she finished it. However, she just didn't like the bundle the girl sold me. She's a perfectionist and couldn't get past differences in crimps/texture. She preferred to straighten or curl it instead of what I desired. Ended up just putting some basic curls that I can do myself (my boyfriend actually said I curled it that way for the 4th...lol). Tonya has been styling my hair for over 3 years now. I recently moved to Florida and make it a point to make that trip once a month for her to do my hair. The drive is worth having someone who knows what they're doing take care of your hair.

I went to this little salon to get my hair washed and silk pressed and I left amazed. The owner is a genius with hair, she clearly has many years of experience and gives excellent suggestions freely.

When I went there was also on other customer there, she did the both of us in under 2-3 hours from start to finish, no waiting had occurred.
