I enjoy coming to the McGregor Brookshire Brothers, the cashiers are nice at anytime of day, Iām glad that they have access to grocery baskets all around the store- I always think I can hold everything I need in my hands but every time I grab a grocery basket, the workers there are very sweet and feels like the barrier of customer/employee is lowered here-it feels like family all though some of the kids that stock groceries are a little nervous to converse but thatās okay! Kids will be kids! If I want a quick dinner Iāll grab a rotisserie and build a meal around it. I like that I can find everything I need without the crowded aisle of some other grocery stores. I know prices are a concern but to be honest it is not as bad as people put out. They have discounts, a great AD and almost always the have a 3 day sale PLUS they have a rewards system where you can put in your phone number, after so many points you get money taken off your transaction. I also utilize the pharmacy to pick up my husbandās medicine, the ladies in the pharmacy are sweet and for an added convenience they have a drive through! (Sometimes I donāt want to bring my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Staff at the Pharmacy in Brookshire Brothers is pathetic. My husband went to pick up his prescription and had me on the phone because I was the one who called the pharmacy to have his medicine transferred. We were not talking, he just had me on the phone in case they had any questions. The lady that was there told him "you will not be helped until you get off of the phone." He instantly hung up and was instructed to move to the end of the line. He was there to get his heart medication and on his lunch break from work. He respected her wishes and hung up but refusing to help him until he went to the end of line was pathetic. You will never receive a smile or any kind of hospitality from these people. Seriously, if they dont like their jobs I am sure there are people that would treat their customers with respect looking...

He was upset because she didnāt jump to help him right when he requested. She was cleaning the register and politely told him she would be right there. He then proceeded to get a manager and told them she didnāt care about her customers. Meanwhile the young lady trying to hold back her tears helped him anyway. How would he feel if customers went into his place of employment and treated his employees that way. Shame on you Raymond for treating the young lady the way you did. And remember just because you are not in your Brookshire attire people still...
