Disappointed today. 😭 Lupe, one of the staff members, seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. I ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich, but she didn't even fold the turkey properly, just threw it in the bread. When I asked her to toast it twice, she got defensive and snapped at me. The other staff member at the register even chimed in to confirm my request, so it wasn't like I was being unreasonable.
I've been coming to this shop for a while, and I've always tried to be considerate of Lupe's preferences, even when making my sandwich my way. However, it's clear that her attitude and frustration affected the quality of my meal. As someone who appreciates the hard work that goes into the food industry, I understand that customers can be challenging, but it's essential to maintain a professional demeanor, especially when serving food.
Hopefully, the management will take steps to support their staff and improve customer service. In the meantime, I'll be looking for alternative options (and my sandwich cravings) elsewhere... or timing my visits strategically 😉, so I can enjoy my usual sandwich...

All 3 workers we saw on staff had a f-you attitude to us. (1m 2f) My grandfather asked the lady working if he could have some softer bread because last time we were here it was stale and crunchy and the lady behind the counter very rudely said "our bread is never hard" he mentioned it was and that it wasnt a huge deal to just make sure to give him some softer bread. She pipes up "while I've been here we've never had hard bread" he once again said it was but was trying to move past it and she proceeded to say "well some people will just find anything to complain about." mam, he is a well over 70 year old veteran and has dental issues and just wanted some softer bread for his teeth. Got home 2 out of the 3 sandwiches we ordered absolutely drowned in sauce and mine which was the only toasted one was cold and my husbands bread was hard. Luckily the old man's was...

This subway has always been my preferred subway, great friendly service, speedy food, and always a great job.
On August 3rd, 2017, a new employee was hired. Her name is Crystal Stone. She is the worst employee I have ever encounter in any restaurant. She complained, rolls her eyes, has THE worst attitude, plus shes slow and sloppy, and just slaps things around and throws stuff. She has ruined my previously sacred subway location. And my very own happiness, I used go to subway once every two weeks to get a sub, now I only go because nothing else is open, and God forbid Crystal Stone is working.
