Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in McGregor

Well a couple weeks ago I had a problem with the young man Ollie is what he told me his name was he got my whole entire order wrong. Then got an attitude when I want to talk to him about it. So a few days later one of the nice young ladies that work in the daytime ask me about it, and then gave me some coupons for drinks. So I went tonight to get a drink and of course Ollie is working he doesn't listen to what the customer's order I was going to use the coupon Andy told me how much the drink was going to cost me so when the young girl came out with it I told her I knew he was the one working because he never listens to the customer. So I gave her my coupon. Left with my tea and it tastes so old that I had to throw it away it had a nasty taste to it. I drink a lot of tea I know when it's old. Try to call him but the phone is unable to put calls through it hangs up on me every time I try to call. Me and the family stopped after baseball practice to grab dinner since it was a little late and did not want to go home and cook. I ordered the SuperSonic Jalapeno Cheeseburger, my wife ordered the Sonic Cheeseburger and my young son got a Wacky Pack with a corn dog. We waited for 39 minutes to get our food. Not sure as to why it took 39 min. especially when we arrived there was only 2 other vehicles there. After receiving our food, we drove 20 min. back to the small town where we live to discover that my burger had no meat on it which I paid $9.89 for and my Wife's burger had no cheese. WOOOOWWW!! We will never go to this Sonic ever again. We would rather go to the Burger King in McGregor to get food. At least they get...

Our server (Kathy) over the intercom was just plain rude. She interrupt me while ordering and then tried to argue with me over a drink I was requesting (RT all natural lemonade). She was quick to rush us to order and it wasn’t even busy (3 other vehicles in stalls), so unsure why she was rude and rushing us. The quality of the food/drinks were not all that good either. The lemonade was very, very tart. We have been to other locations and it has never been tart as it was in this location. The only good experience at this location was the gentalman who brought us our food, Kathy should learn customer service for this gentalman. Next time I will just keep driving to the one...
