Terribly rude and ignorant staff. Jerry, Jen and the old guy with a ponytail were extremely rude, and offered virtually no help at all. I went to sell them some fairly expensive coins, and I wanted to ask as a test to see if he could identify one of the coins that I had that was previously graded… so I know definitively what I was showing him. He didn’t even use a loop or magnifying glass, and failed to identify a double die coin that was a better example than the one he had for sale on the wall. Sad. I really expected more from a small town local store that’s been in business as long as they have. It makes you wonder how they’ve actually managed to stay in business and be profitable.. when they don’t even give everyone the time of day who walks in and wants to show...

Rude and ignorant old men. Stuck in their ways and uneducated on current market values, nor were they willing to give younger people the time of day when they had some pretty simple questions to ask, They act as if they’re being annoyed or something. The man with the ponytail and glasses was extremely rude, didn’t even barely look at the coin, and handed it back and said it was “pocket change” I couldn’t believe the ignorance, so I had asked Jerry for a second opinion, and they looked at each other like I was crazy or something. Don’t waste your time with this small town junk store. Over priced coins, and ignorant owners and staff that do not deserve your money. I went here last summer as I had started a silver bar and Maple Coin collection but had to sell it for unforeseen circumstances. I knew nothing about buying or selling this stuff but the owner was super cool with me and talked to me for a good 20 minutes about what I had and how to get further into silver and gold. Then the other guy went through all the stuff I brought in and gave me an offer. I didn’t sell anything that day as I wanted to think about it because this was my first time ever trying g to sell at a coin shop. I saw some of these other reviews about the guys being rude but that was absolutely NOT my experience. I thought it was a cool place and the guys were cool too. I would recommend this...
