when we got there we were told their was a 20 minute wait and a family of 6 in the waiting area. I had seen a table with 3 chairs clean from the moment we walked in and another table with 3 chairs that just opened up and needed to be cleaned. The table for 6 had cleared/cleaned after about 10-12 minutes and they were called to their table. after us standing in the door way for most of the time waiting we were finally able to sit in an awkward waiting area. About 2-3 minutes after she calls us to our table which ends up being the one that was open/cleaned from the moment we got there (about 15 minutes of waiting just to be seated at a table thats been available since we walked in).... we had enough time to pick what we wanted from the menu and put them down. the other table was getting cleaned and at some point two people sat down at that table. The Waitress walked past us and took their order and walked past us again and said I'll be with you in a moment. I tried stopping her to ask for a water but she quickly walked away. She then comes back goes to the other table again then comes to us. At that point I just couldn't anymore i told her how long weve been waiting how it was rude she served people that arived later then us first & how I was pregnant and needed a water. We ended up leaving. As we walked out I told the Hostess she needs to make sure that when she seats tables she let's the server know which ones have been waiting for her and which ones she just sat...

I ordered food togo because my girlfriend told me that the wings were awesome, and that they were, and if I was only basing my experience on your food alone, I would be coming back! The number one most important thing that will help a business thrive, especially in the restaurant industry, is the level of customer service that is given, I mean afterall this is the food and hospitality industry. The girl that I ordered the food from over the phone took the order down wrong and never cared enough to repeat the order back to us as she had taken it to ensure that it was correct. I had ordered two bakers dozen orders of wings, one hot and one mild. After waiting for roughly 50 minutes for my order to be delivered, I received a single order of wings, half hot and half mild. I clearly stated that I wanted to full size orders, and I said one hot and one mild, not half and half. So I pretty much just paid $20.00 (including tip) for 13 wings? For a local and small business that probably needs the customers to keep coming in, you would think that there would be more training and more care involved with the level of hospitality that your concept projects. When I called back they did ask if I wanted to order another 13 wings, and I thought to my self, really, $40.00 and another 50 minutes for 13 wings, I'll probably...

We were pretty excited to try this place, but had a terrible experience. We arrived early and were the first table to sit down. The waitress admitted that she somehow forgot to put our order in the kitchen, and we ended up not getting our food until we had been in for over and hour, with every single table that came after us getting their food first. Our waitress stopped at our table only one time outside of getting our order and telling us she forgot to put our order into the kitchen.

Then when we had requested to get our check quickly to leave as we had other plans afterwards, the waitress spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone instead of finishing our order after we had been there for over an hour. They seemed way too preoccupied on some party that was coming in a reserved room than everyone else, and spent most of her time doing things in the room instead of taking care of the other customers.

The pizza was okay but certainly wasn't worth waiting so long. It was hard to enjoy when you're sitting around for such a long time despite being the first table to sit down for dinner. The other waitress seemed to have no problem taking care of the other customers but ours didn't seem to give a damn about us at all. We will probably never come back for dine...
