Today I experienced the manager, assuming that I had more time than I did, and asking as she’s telling someone to jump in front of me if I minded if a man stepped in front of me. This is not the first problem or issue I have had at this Aldie the first time I had an experience with this woman she had tried to tell me to hurry up as I was putting three orders on to the belt and I was new at Insta karting so I had got so frustrated that I was nervous and was anxious bagging my stuff and I took way longer than I ever take an Aldi that day I wanted to physically harm this woman since I know that you cannot just put your hands on people without going to jail I did not, but I will be reaching out to corporate and making it official complaint. Today I pulled that woman to the side and told her to please not do that again in the future and assume whether or not, I have more time than I do because these Instacart runs are kind, regardless of if people use the timer or if...
Read moreNon-car owning locals - stop stealing from here or it will close!!! And realize that those of us in the area who have transportation CAN GO ELSEWHERE, but YOU probably CAN'T!!! Aldi will close this location, and YOU will be screwed for cheap basic grocery items... 🙄

It's pretty much the opposite end of the price spectrum from Giant Eagle; and I'm no more impressed with Giant Eagle products than I am with Aldi - GE is a total rip-off.
Really the only thing that brings this location down a bit is the theft / obnoxious customers who choose to loudly argue / threaten each other in the bagging area, and panhandling...
Read moreThe employees are kind, but every manager I've encountered (except the young woman) is exceptionally rude without fail. Ask a question like, "do you have bags," and they shrug or ignore you. Alert them that their bathroom, where employees should be washing their hands, is out of soap and they disregard you. John crushed my bread and mixed up my two separate orders and took no accountability. He leaned into "there is no policy saying we have to ring up your orders correctly." He also tried multiple times to blame me for his errors, saying things like "that's what the dividers are for." Yes, John, that's why I used a divider. You have to actually pay attention that the divider is present. That is your job while checking out.
However all the team members seem really polite and helpful. I hope they get competent...
