Going to give it another shot, but wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for the front row balcony seats I was able to purchase. Our skybox upgrade was canceled without explanation. No response from the venue. Can’t even get through to them. No return phone call or email, to include reaching out on social media..5 emails later, phone won’t go through..anyway. Super annoying to want to come to a resolution with a place that won’t even communicate unless you’re physically in front of them. Now on to the venue. My initial trip here, I bought seats in the left baclony, second row back…I think B, 1, and B 3 were the seats. Don’t, I repeat, don’t book these seats! Horrendous sight line to the stage. The raised part of the railing at the bottom of the stage is all you’ll be staring at. It’s so bad. I’d imagine it’s the same on the right side, so maybe be aware of that area too when booking. Not to mention, the seats are so crammed you will literally be smashing your knees into the ones in front of you. I had to turn sideways to even get into the aisle. I’m not that big…anyway. Balcony has a great view, but unless you’re 5 foot, I wouldn’t sit anywhere unless it was the front row. Sound seemed ok. We thankfully were able to upgrade to the skybox for the show we saw, cuz we weren’t seeing anything from those seats, and the noise from the floor carried all the way up. You could hear all the chatter, so I’m definitely glad we weren’t stuck on the floor by the bar where it had to be coming from. The skybox was great, everyone was nice! Just definitely things to know if you go. Skybox was way more chill than the rest of the venue. Chick out front was screaming to a crowd of like 20 to have our tickets and I’d’s ready like we were going into basic training…let’s take it down a notch. It’s a concert. Lol Also, one more thing to note, even if you look wrinkled and grey, take your ID these guys won’t let you buy a thing at the bar otherwise…can we use some common sense there too?? I mean last time I checked best judgement for someone that was clearly in their 50’s- 60’s was ok to serve a beer to..anyway. Giving it another try, but wasn’t super impressed with the place initially. Could be better. Might be stuck the way it is. Worth a try if you...

I saw Peach Pit here recently. The theater was nice, clean, and the sound was good. We had an issue with the staff though, and the way locations were marked. We had waited in line in the cold for a while because we wanted to get a decent view, since it can be difficult to see anything from the back. We made it to the front of the area overlooking the pit. In front of us was a "section" that we and everyone around us were avoiding because it seemed like some sort of VIP area, although there were no visible signs anywhere and it was not roped off. As soon as the opener started, the crowd surged forward and we were pushed into this section. After the opener finished, an employee pushed her way to us and began yelling and berating us for being in the handicapped section. We were completely unaware this was the handicap section because, like I said, there was no rope or visible sign saying so. And even if there were, it was difficult to avoid since it was the entire crowd behind us that pushed us forward into it. I never would have forced my way into the handicapped section if I had known that's what it was. The employee was extremely mad, yelling loudly for us to leave and pointing, but there was nowhere to go because the entire crowd was behind us and we were bottlenecked attempting to get out of this section. The employee at one point put her hands on my sister attempting to push her out of the section but there was nowhere for her to move. Eventually the crowd parted and we left the area but were forced to the back of the crowd. It soured the experience for us, because of the way the employee was yelling in our ears and assumed we knowingly pushed our way into the handicapped section, and put her hands on my sister. The bar area we ended up near was bright, loud with people talking, and nearly impossible to see any part of the stage. Totally fine if you went to hang with friends and dance and drink, but we purposely waited in line in order to be closer to the front. I don't think we will be returning unless we buy balcony seats because of how difficult it is to see and hear...

Arrived early, and parked in the back of the building. Decided to walk over to the plaza to kill some time. On my ways back, wanted to drop my hoodie off at the car. As I was walking towards my car, one of the lot attendants started yelling at me, stating that I had to walk around the venue from the way I was coming, and that I wasn't allowed to walk behind the venue. I told her that I was going to MY CAR, she kept yelling 'No' and pointing to the side of the building telling me to go that way to enter the venue. So I guess when you park in the back, you're not permitted to go back to your car until after the show? Was really weird.

Been to the venue a handful of times, however this was my first time on the floor/lower level. Absolutely horrible experience. The stage is too low. Unless you are on the railing, or in the lower part of the pit, you can't see anything. Tickets were way overpriced for the view. Spent two hours looking at flashing lights. The place was packed in, no where to move to get a view of the stage. Felt oversold.

Staff at the front gates were friendly, however Staff inside seemed disinterested and ignorant. A fight broke out right next to us towards the end, and the small amount of Staff that made an effort to get to it, were too small to actually do anything. I give them credit for trying, but they had no effect trying to get it under control. Luckily some other patrons were there to settle it down.

Went to the bar to get a Pepsi, the bartender couldn't hear anything and ended up giving me two. She then gave me the card reader that already had a preset tip, (maximum amount) selected.

Overall it was a horrendous experience. The venue is nice, but if you actually want to watch a show, you have to be there extremely early, or pay an arm and a leg for lower balcony seats.

Giving a second star, only because the sound was great.

Can't say that I will back...
