I just had my daughter’s second birthday party here last weekend. While we absolutely love coming here to play, I am a bit disappointed with how they handled the party. For the price we paid (which was a lot!) I was expecting much more. Our package was supposed to include colored plates of our choice, a table runner, napkins and plastic ware. When I was setting up the girl that was there to help me didn’t have the correct color plates AND that’s all they had. No table runner, no napkins, no plastic ware. So the table looked very bare. Also, when finishing up my payment at the end of the party, I asked if gratuity was included in price (because I thought remembered seeing that in the email) I was told no. So I left a tip. Upon re reading the email the next day, gratuity was indeed included in price. So I was lied to. Overall the kids had a blast and the party was very easy, but I feel for the price we paid they don’t offer enough and I am not sure we would do another party...

Just got back from a birthday party and I’m still shocked. I’ll start with the actual place which was really beautiful and it’s the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The staff is not kids friendly at all. This is a place meant and geared towards little kids. Accidents are bound to happen. One of the kids in the party (not mine), had a number 2 accident and instead of the staff taking care of it while the poor mom was cleaning her child in the bathroom they waited with disinfecting wipes for her to get out of the bathroom and started telling her where to clean. In front of all the other guests. Just mortifying.

The so called ‘manager’ called the cleaning crew that told her they are not going to come and clean that up. Makes you wonder how they handle if a kid throws up or pee by accident. Would they give a mop to the parent to clean? This is unbelievable.

Will not go back there…...

Apparently, their aim here is to be a sanitary, clean place for kids to play...I would whole heartily DISAGREE! A south Indian woman in a white dress with white Adidas shoes was walking throughout the whole facility with her shoes ON! And she was on the phone of course, yapping about and walking from the back to the bathroom, to the main play floor. She went thru the little grass area and then exited the building. I'm assuming she's part of ownership/management but wow, talk about being oblivious to your own rules.

So what is this? A "Rules for thee, not for me" kind of place?

We had enjoyed bringing our children here, even met up with friends before. That all will be ending ASAP!

Y'all just lost a good handful of paying customers. Hope you enjoyed trotting about in your shoes through what is supposed to be a "clean play area".

Ridiculous. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND...
