My first experience was great. Every one succeeded that one has nit been awesome I bought a Nintendo switch game for $49.00 and it kinda sucked so I took it bk not even a wk later and didn't even get a $10 exchange for another $49 game. I went today and took a WORKING Playstation 4 and these bustas gimme $31 dollars for it....or $45 store credit....I would definitely recommend them to buy your vinyl records from they have so many and if they aren't marked they are $1 so you can get some awesome finds. But as far as buying my switch games I'll use Amazon and as far as selling my used electronics I'll sell em I. A yard sale before I sell anymore to them.some games for my son and his ps5 we will continue to use game exchange as its our most convenient location. normally pretty decent but please be aware of the price of tcg products elsewhere before going. a booster pack normally priced around 40-50 dollars elsewhere was sold to my mom for about 90, which is half of what the entire booster box retails elsewhere [around 180-190]; the other boosters are usually priced decently but this particular one [mtg commander masters collector booster] was marked up a LOT. considering this was bought as a gift by someone not involved in the game this is very unfortunate at best. additionally I have had some issues in the past where an employee has spoken to me in a condescending manner, though most of them are usually very nice...

I have heard that some of the past employees will cheat customers on trade backs...or pocket trade in games or cards for themselves rather than put them on sell for the public. Which wouldn't surprise me in the least bit. Also I'm not a person to care about someones religious beliefs but if your a Satanist I wouldn't be bragging about it in the middle of store hours while I was working. I mean us your brain people. I can't tell you how happy I was when Dakota left. Cause that guy loved to talk trash cause he knew he could get away with it. But I honestly wish the whole shop would close and go...
